As our Customer Services Representative, you’ll communicate with and provide services to merchants that help enhance business effectiveness. You’ll manage complex and high-volume accounts building strong relationships and adapting to the account’s specific business needs while maintaining USA Payment’s interests. You’ll manage and track orders utilizing various reports to ensure thorough, accurate and timely delivery of all USA payments products and services. You’ll also partner with and support Sales, Traffic and Delivery to maintain a positive relationship and grow specific accounts. In addition, you’ll respond efficiently, accurately and courteously to all customer service transactions through verbal, written and electronic communication.
If you have a High School diploma, with at least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service, we want to hear from you! You must be creative and innovative in finding new and better ways to solve business challenges. Your diplomacy when working with customers is required. You must have strong computer skills, know Word and Excel, and be an effective verbal and written communicator. Your ability to work independently and make sound business decisions is also required. In addition, you must be able to prioritize a varied workload.
